All potential volunteers must complete a Volunteer Application form prior to attending training. Those volunteers wishing to provide direct service must complete a twenty-hour training. Please see our Volunteer Training Schedule for upcoming sessions. To volunteer for the Rape Crises Services, an additional twenty-hour training must be completed. Trainings are held on a monthly basis February through October. Youth (ages sixteen and up) volunteering for Kids Camp must attend a one-day training provided at the beginning of the summer. Volunteers providing non-direct service need only attend orientation held the first Monday of each month (February through December). For more information or an application please call 361/881-8888.
